Technology & Innovation - Content on the move

The Law Society has launched a six-part live audio series exploring technology and innovation in international legal departments, exclusively available to in-house lawyers. This collaboration with Platforum9 gives you complementary access to a social audio app for lawyers, and was founded by a lawyer.

Patricia Gannon is an Irish-qualified solicitor who successfully managed her own international practice before becoming a tech founder. Each episode features a conversation with a General Counsel discussing how technology is shaping their legal department, sharing insights on leadership in rapid change. Our first guest speaker is the unmissable Bjarne Philip Tellmann, CEO of FjordStream Advisors GmbH and former General Counsel of Haleon plc and Pearson plc.

Evolution of the in-house lawyer

In January, in-house practitioners came together at the ‘Future of Legal Practice Summit’ to discuss the evolving role of the in-house lawyer. The Gazette report features a summary of the event and discussions.

Leadership rocket fuel

On 24 March, the Law Society hosted an insightful leadership session with international thought leader and former General Counsel, Bjarne Philip Tellman.
