The Law Society’s Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme supports solicitors to explore their professional goals, build confidence and develop their leadership potential through meaningful mentoring relationships. The programme brings together solicitors from across the profession, creating opportunities for career reflection, professional connection and mutual learning.
Expressions of interest now open
The Law Society is inviting expressions of interest for the next phase of the Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme.
Building on the experience and impact of previous cohorts, the programme is being refreshed and will align with forthcoming Women in Leadership and professional-development initiatives. We are currently finalising the programme structure, participant experience and formal application process.
If you are interested in taking part as a mentor, a mentee, or would like to hear more about both opportunities, please submit an expression of interest using the form below.
Submitting an expression of interest is not a formal application and does not commit you to participating. It does not guarantee a place on the programme.
