The Law Society’s Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme supports solicitors to explore their professional goals, build confidence and develop their leadership potential through meaningful mentoring relationships. The programme brings together solicitors from across the profession, creating opportunities for career reflection, professional connection and mutual learning.
Expressions of interest now open
The Law Society is inviting expressions of interest for the next phase of the Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme.
Building on the experience and impact of previous cohorts, the programme is being refreshed and will align with forthcoming Women in Leadership and professional-development initiatives. We are currently finalising the programme structure, participant experience and formal application process.
