Psychological Safety Toolkit

Developed as part of our Well Within the Law: Culture First initiative, the Psychological Safety Toolkit is a practical guide to embedding psychological safety in legal teams. It offers you foundational knowledge, key principles, and actionable strategies to foster a culture of trust, reflection, and continuous learning.
This resource is designed for solicitors and legal professionals at all levels. It can be used to gain a clear understanding of psychological safety and why it matters, implement actionable steps to create a more open and supportive team environment, and encourage reflection and continuous improvement in team dynamics.
If you are not a solicitor or trainee, please contact the team to receive a copy by email.
Psychological Safety Workshop Toolkit
This Psychological Safety Workshop Toolkit is one in a series of Culture First projects, and it follows the Psychological Safety Toolkit.
It offers guidance on possible activities for teams and peer groups to foster psychological safety in their immediate environment, laying the groundwork for individuals to thrive and perform at their best, for their own growth and the success of their organisations.
