Your 2026 Practising Certificate
The online form for the 2026 Practising Certificate (PC) is now open. Submit your applications promptly to ensure timely processing ahead of the statutory deadline.
- Regulation
Deadline is 1 February
To guarantee your practising certificate is dated 2026, the Law Society must receive your application and full payment of fees due, by Sunday, 1 February, 2026. This is a statutory deadline and cannot be extended.

Apply through your solicitor dashboard on the Law Society’s online portal. Make sure all information and fees are provided to avoid delays.
