WRC decisions and recommendations
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has published its decisions and recommendations from 18 March to 11 April.
March and April employment case law
Cases covered include:
- a recommendation for resolution of a substantial overpayment to an employee (A Clinical Nurse v A Public Body, ADJ-00031599),
- a successful claim of unfair dismissal following an altercation with a manager (Gerard Buston v Duggan Systems Limited, ADJ-00030023), and
- an unsuccessful claim of discrimination against a shop arising from a customer's refusal to wear a face covering (Bernard Carberry v T. O` Huiginn & A Comlucht Teoranta T. O` Higgins & Co. Ltd, ADJ-00032055).
