The decisions and recommendations include:

  • a recommendation to review the custom and practice of filling permanent vacancies based on length of service in a temporary role (Employee vPublicly Funded Statutory Organisation, ADJ-00030431),
  • an award of €35,000 following a "substantively and procedurally unfair" dismissal for redundancy (Randell Buckler v Tottoria Trading Limited, trading as The Institute of Education, ADJ-00032482), and
  • a successful claim - and award of €25,000 - for constructive dismissal (Security Officer v Supermarket Owner, ADJ-00026232
