May employment case law
Cases covered include:

a successful complaint of penalisation pursuant to the Protected Disclosures Act and constructive dismissal. (Edel Ambrose v Sankalpa Ltd, ADJ-00031659),

an award of redundancy where the employee reasonably turned down an offer of alternative employment (Emma King v Music and Montessori Academies Ltd, ADJ-00040010), and
