Cases and issues covered include:

  • a complaint for unpaid annual leave over a six-year period (Ryszard Kulbaka v Drumloman Pork Ltd, ADJ-00051058);

  • a successful claim for unfair dismissal where a disputed resignation was offered "in the heat of the moment" (Louise Cooney v Albeech Ltd, ADJ-00052371); and

  • an unsuccessful claim where the employee believed that non-renewal of his fixed term contract was due to political views (Eric English v Store-All Logistics Ltd, ADJ-00052205).
