Cases and issues covered include:

a complaint for unpaid annual leave over a six-year period (Ryszard Kulbaka v Drumloman Pork Ltd, ADJ-00051058);

a successful claim for unfair dismissal where a disputed resignation was offered "in the heat of the moment" (Louise Cooney v Albeech Ltd, ADJ-00052371); and
-
