Cases and issues covered include:

an unsuccessful claim for dismissal where the worker on sick leave did not engage with the employer's occupational health process (Laszlone Olcsvarine v The Grosvenor Cleaning Services Ltd, ADJ-00047039);

a recommendation to pay €37,000 to a worker following non-appearance by the employer at a hearing (A Regional Operations Manager v A Care Home Business, IR -SC-00002612); and
-
a disputed transfer and removal of reasonable accommodation for a worker affected by a workplace injury (A Worker v A Policing Service, IR-SC-00000788).
