  • consideration of continuity of service under fixed-term contracts legislation where a break in employment was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic (Charles Garavan v University College Dublin, ADJ-00046548);

  • a claim of unfair dismissal where the level of involvement and work carried out by the complainant was in dispute (A Solicitor v A Construction Consultancy Business, ADJ-00046911); and

  • considering of changing a term for an Economic, Technical or Organisation reason under TUPE regulations (Georgina Coyne v Joyces Supermarket, ADJ-00047384).
