Waterford Personal Injuries callover
A non-positive callover of the list of proceedings set down for Waterford will take place remotely on Friday 10 May 2024 before Mr Justice Micheal O’Higgins at 12pm.
The Registrar will sit at 10.30am before the callover to deal with all consent orders (except adjournments to the next list). As this will be a non positive callover, cases are assumed to be going on unless there is an application made to have the case adjourned or taken out of the list. Any Applications to adjourn to the next list by consent should be made to the Judge at 12pm and not to the Registrar. PI cases can now be called on for five-day hearings on the circuit.
The callover will take place in a hybrid format in Court no. 2 of Waterford Courthouse. For remote hearing details, users can log in to the Remote Hearings area.
For any enquiries, contact Kevin Bresnan or call 01 8886876.
