Updated employment law precedents
The Employment & Equality Law Committee’s precedent grievance policy and settlement agreement have now been updated.
The Law Society’s Employment & Equality Law Committee is reviewing and updating commonly-used precedents over the course of 2023. The first of these updated precedents, providing a template for a grievance policy and settlement agreement, are available to download now.
