Revised Probate Application Forms
The Probate Office has introduced updated Notice of Probate Application Forms.
About
The updated forms have been introduced following a pilot project to address high query rates arising from paperwork and proofs. According to the Probate office, the Probate application error rate fell from 45% to 16% while using the new forms, with the error rate for Intestacy applications falling from 60% to 38%.
From 18 October, only the updated forms will be accepted by the Probate Office.
