About the workshop

Personal effectiveness is a key ingredient of successful performance. We all invest time and energy in our performance however; each of us achieves the same goals differently.  We have different ways of working and different levels of personal effectiveness i.e. how we achieve our performance.

The workshop outlines the six key skills of personal effectiveness that include:

  1. manage expectations,
  2. manage your time,
  3. manage priorities,
  4. manage the balance,
  5. assertive behaviour, and
  6. ongoing development.

It provides an opportunity for participants to assess your personal effectiveness, highlighting strengths and areas for development. We will also look at practical tools, tips for how best to manage expectations, manage your time, manage priorities, and introduces assertive behaviour.
