The Law Society’s Conveyancing Committee has been notified that PTSB Deeds Management Unit has changed their address and DX as of 1 May 2026.

From 30 April all correspondence to PTSB Deeds Management Unit should be directed to the new St. Stephen’s Green address and new DX only. Any correspondence sent to the former addresses may not be received.
This new address replaces the former addresses of the Deeds Management Department, PO BOX 13764 Dublin 12 DX 860002 and the Deeds Management Unit at Finches Industrial Park, Longmile Road, Dublin 12.
