Management of High Court Proceedings
Arrangements for listing and hearing cases and applications in the different High Court lists, as outlined in the President’s Notice of 30 September 2022, will continue in place until further notice.
These arrangements will be subject to any necessary changes and alterations determined by the judge in charge of the relevant list, in consultation with the President of the High Court.
Masters Court and Commercial Planning and SID List
The arrangements for the listing and hearing of applications in the Master’s Court are as set out in Practice Direction HC117.
Regarding the Commercial Planning and SID List, a draft Practice Direction revoking Practice Directions HC 107 and HC 114 is currently the subject of a consultation process with interested parties. Practitioners are advised to regularly consult the Practice Directions section of the courts.ie website where, once finalised, the new Practice Direction for this list will be published.
