Have you submitted your PC application for 2024?

The deadline for your Practising Certificate (PC) application is 1 February 2024.

Be sure to complete the online application as early as possible. Applications, together with the full payment of fees, must be received by the Law Society on or before 1 February 2024. This is a statutory deadline and if you miss it, you will be required to apply to the President of the High Court to have your PC backdated.

It is also important to ensure that your employment information and practising status are up-to-date. It’s easy to edit your details online via the Law Society dashboard.
