17/05/2024 09:01:29

The Law Society has added the topic Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) to our Library’s new Subject Guide series.

Solicitors seeking resources in this growing and quickly evolving area will find multiple sources of information to assist you in understanding the basics of and latest legislation and guidance on ESG, including Law Society and government guidance.

Solicitors and trainees can use the guide as a starting point for researching legislation, in particular EU legislation on areas such as corporate sustainability reporting and sustainable finance disclosures. Our library also has an extensive range of journal articles on this growing area and have expanded our collection of books and eBooks on ESG and the related areas of corporate social responsibility and sustainable investing.
