Dublin District Court family law applications
The Courts Service has published a reminder of the requirements for District Court family law applications.
All District Court Family Law applications, with the exception of domestic violence and maintenance, require a completed statement of arrangements form in triplicate. Without this, an appointment may not be able to proceed on the day.
The Courts Service also notes that Dolphin House do not offer a photocopying service, so it is essential that copies are printed prior to a person's appointment time.
