District Court (Costs) Rules 2023
New District Court (Costs) Rules are in force from 25 August 2023.
S.I. No. 418 of 2023 substitutes the Schedule of Costs in the District Court Rules to prescribe an increase and additional charges in respect of solicitors’ costs for requests for Discovery and Particulars, and additional counsel’s fees for particular drafting work undertaken.
