Appointment Booking Service update
The Appointment Booking Service is now live in Dundalk and Wexford Court Offices.
The introduction of an Appointment Booking Service allows court users to make an appointment to visit a Courts Service office, at a time and date that suits them, by visiting a dedicated appointment booking page on Courts.ie.
Since the rollout to Bray, Clonmel and Naas Court Offices on Monday 11 September, the Appointment Booking Service is now live in the offices below:
-
Dundalk Court Office
-
Wexford Court Office
Scheduling your visit
An appointment can now be scheduled in advance of visiting these offices for a range of services/queries.
These changes will provide users with:
-
access to an online booking system to make an appointment to visit the office at a date and time that suits them;
-
reduced waiting times; and
-
provision of the correct members of staff to deal with relevant services or queries.
For those without access to email or online services, the office can be contacted directly to make an appointment, if the user wishes to do so:
-
Dundalk Court Office: +353 42 939 2300
-
Wexford Court Office: +353 53 912 2097
Walk-in facility for domestic violence applications
An appointment is not needed to make an application under domestic violence legislation - this remains a walk-in service. Wexford Court office is opening the appointment service to domestic violence applications, but it is not necessary to make an appointment for such applications. This provides people with two options in relation to visiting the Wexford office for Domestic Violence matters. These users can:
-
make an appointment online in advance of coming to the office if they wish, or
-
walk into the office without an appointment and be dealt with, as per the current process.
