Contemporary Parent-Child Relationships and the Law
Colleagues are invited to a conference at the University of Galway on Saturday, 25 November.
About the event
This one-day conference will advance analysis and debate surrounding the legal recognition of contemporary parent-child relationships in Ireland. The conference will examine a current themes in family and child law, such as surrogacy, recognition of the legal parent-child relationship in various LGBT+ families, and reform of the law on guardianship (parental responsibility) in Ireland.
