Speakers

  • Andrew Jackson is an environmental and planning lawyer at international, EU and Irish levels. He formed a key part of the Climate Case Ireland legal team and previously worked for the international law firm Slaughter and May, in London and Paris; for the UK government's legal service, in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra); and with NGOs Friends of the Irish Environment and An Taisce.

  • Clíona Kimber SC is Chair of Comhshaol, the Climate Bar Association. She is an expert in Environmental Law, EU Law, Constitutional Law, Judicial Review, Human Rights and Employment and Equality Law. She regularly acts for the State, private litigants and international companies before the European Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Labour Court and Workplace Relations Commission.

  • Fred Logue is the the managing partner of FP Logue LLP. He specialises in environmental law, information law and technology law. Unusually for an Irish lawyer Fred has a science background and worked as an engineer before becoming a solicitor. Fred has extensive experience and expertise in complex litigation including environmental and planning litigation.
