Business of Wellbeing Summit
Would you like to hear more about building a legal community where people can feel they belong and bring their true selves to work?
Register now for the Law Society Skillnet Business of Wellbeing Summit on Tuesday 3 October which is open to all legal professionals and also learn about peer support programmes, diversity and inclusion and access to justice.
The summit will take place on Zoom from 2.30-5.00pm. Speakers include Noeline Blackwell, Maeve Delargy, Peggy Hughes, Gary Lee, Sonia McEntee, Antoinette Moriarty and Michael Quinlan. Your attendance also earns CPD of 2.5 management and professional development skills (by eLearning).
Law Society Psychological Services was officially launched on 7 September 2023, with the theme of building high impact professionals. Attendees heard from the Law Society team and an expert panel of speakers focusing on changing culture in the legal profession in response to the Law Society’s Dignity Matters Report in 2021.
This new service, operating across the legal life cycle, is committed to working collaboratively with the profession to improve the overall wellness of every solicitor, build safe and inclusive legal workplaces and invest in psychological supports and services for all members.
