Appointment Booking Service – Dublin Civil Combined Office

From 3 April, an appointment must be made in advance of visiting the Dublin District and Circuit Court Civil Combined Office.

The Dublin Civil Combined Office includes the:

  • Stamp Office,

  • District Civil Office,

  • Circuit Civil Office,

  • Licensing and Small Claims Office, and

  • Judgements Office

From 3 April 2023, an appointment must be scheduled in advance of visiting the above offices for:

  • stamping papers with relevant Stamp Duty,

  • filing documents for the Dublin District and Circuit Civil Courts,

  • making applications to the Dublin District and Circuit Civil Courts,

  • queries relating to the Dublin District and Circuit Civil Courts,

  • collecting further copies of attested court orders/pleadings from file, or

  • queries and filings to the Judgements section (District and Circuit).

How to book

To make an appointment:

  1. Visit www.courts.ie/appointments
  2. Select the Dublin Combined Civil Office
  3. Select 'Book Appointment'
  4. Indicate the type of appointment you require, the date and time.

You will receive an email to confirm your booking. Those without access to email or online services can phone the relevant office to make an appointment:

  • The Stamp Office: 01 945 6810

  • The District Civil Office: 01 945 6809

  • The Circuit Civil Office: 01 945 6810

  • The Licensing and Small Claims Office: 01 888 6381 (Licensing) or 01 888 6940 (Small Claims)
