Competitiveness, Productivity and Ireland’s role in the EU Post-Draghi

This year’s conference will address recent developments in the world of the business lawyer such as a CLRG update, the 28th Company Law Regime, Ireland’s Inward Investment Screening Regime, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and Anti-Money Laundering aspects of nominee companies in employee share schemes.
