A key element of Psychological Services is the delivery of bespoke therapeutic support for trainees and solicitors.

A key element of Psychological Services is the delivery of bespoke therapeutic support for future members (trainee solicitors) attending Professional Practice Courses and solicitors. Engaging in counselling and psychotherapy can: 

  • develop the psychological muscle required for professional life,

  • deepen reflective capacity,

  • enhance decision making,

  • manage stress, and

  • build healthy relationships.

All trainees may avail of up to six free sessions of Time-Concentrated Therapy during their time at Blackhall Place. 

Law Society members can access LegalMind which is delivered by Spectrum.Life.

LegalMind

LegalMind is an independent, confidential, low-cost mental health support for Law Society members and anyone holding a Practising Certificate. It is also available to post PPC trainees.
