Mentee Application Form

Please complete the form below carefully to apply for the 2025 Women in Leadership Mentoring programme. The success of a mentoring relationship relies on a strong match between mentors and mentees. Your completed application form will be used to facilitate this process and may be shared with your assigned mentor.

Matching criteria is based on:

  • career stage and experience level;
  • practice area / industry expertise;
  • mentoring objectives;
  • work environment experience;
  • cultural fit and personality;
  • previous mentoring experience; and
  • diversity and inclusion factors.

Important Considerations

Matches are assigned based on the alignment of professional experience, mentoring objectives, and other key factors rather than geographical proximity. By ensuring thoughtful and aligned matches, the programme aims to foster meaningful professional relationships that support career development and growth.

Mentees are encouraged to have a minimum of two years' PQE to participate, as this programme is a one-time opportunity. At this stage, solicitors have greater clarity on their career aspirations, can make more informed decisions, and identify areas for development. With this experience, they are better positioned to leverage mentorship effectively, address challenges, and seek targeted support to achieve their professional goals.

While every effort will be made to provide a suitable match, a pairing cannot be guaranteed.
