About Ireland For Law
Launched by the Minister for Justice in 2019, Ireland for Law promotes Irish Law and Irish legal services to the international business community, particularly for commercial sectors, including aviation finance, funds, insurance, tech, pharma and life sciences. The Law Society is a key contributor to Ireland for Law.
Ireland for Law is governed by its Implementation Group which includes representatives of the Law Society, the Attorney General of Ireland, the President of the High Court, representatives of the Bar of Ireland, the Departments of Justice, Finance, Foreign Affairs, and Enterprise, Trade and Employment. IDA Ireland is also a key partner in the initiative.
Ireland for Law seeks to highlight Ireland’s advantages as a venue for international legal work and dispute resolution.
