Cases covered include:

consideration of dismissal for gross misconduct (Carmel Maher v Munster Forklift & Training Services Limited, ADJ-00033609)
an award of €40,000 for unfair dismissal and discrimination on the basis of gender (Karen Doyle v Rushway Limited T/A Salmon Leap, ADJ-00031479) , and
