  • consideration of dismissal for gross misconduct (Carmel Maher v Munster Forklift & Training Services Limited, ADJ-00033609)

  • an award of €40,000 for unfair dismissal and discrimination on the basis of gender (Karen Doyle v Rushway Limited T/A Salmon Leap, ADJ-00031479) , and

  • consideration on the adequacy of an investigation and appeal into alleged bullying (A Worker v A Third Level Institution, IR - SC - 00000022).
