School Tasking is an interactive competition inspired by the popular Taskmaster format, where teams of students work together to complete a series of creative, problem-solving challenges inspired by real legal ideas.
The Law Society welcomed teams comprising 55 students from seven different schools to compete against each other in a bid to be crowned that year’s School Tasking Regional Champions!
Throughout the day, students tackled tasks such as making stop motion films based on famous legal cases, solving legal puzzles to unlock clues, and taking part in fun challenges that test teamwork, imagination and quick thinking.
The activities are designed to introduce students to law in a hands-on and engaging way while encouraging collaboration, creativity and confidence with teams earning points as they go.
The students of Stanhope Street Primary School will now attend and compete at the Champion of Champions final held in Warwick University in England in June.
