John L Mulvey and Company Solicitors are a busy general practice solicitors based in Tallaght Dublin 24. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor with specific Probate and Conveyancing experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills with strong client focus and experience in the following areas.
Probate/estate planning:
- Drafting wills;
- Preparing probate applications;
- Good knowledge of CAT legislation and tax considerations in the administration of estates;
- Extracting Grants of Probate/Administration and administering estates;
Conveyancing:
- Sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties;
- Drafting and reviewing leases;
- Advising clients about all property-related transactions;
- Dealing with residential and commercial lending transactions;
- Attending to registrations and post-completion matters.
The position is office-based with consideration given to some flexibility in working days. Salary commensurate with experience.
