Curry & Hickey LLP has an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to join their expanding Healthcare and Capacity team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a progressive, ambitious and friendly law firm.

The role:

The successful candidate will manage complex mental health and capacity cases representing clients in the Circuit Court and the High Court.

Ideal candidate:

- A qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and an interest in constitutional, administrative and healthcare law. Post qualification experience in healthcare, regulatory or public law will be of assistance is but not essential;

- Excellent communication and drafting skills including attention to detail;

- Ability to work as a team player contributing to new ideas and providing solutions;

- Ability to work to tight timelines;

- Ability to take ownership of caseload with supervisory and team support;

- A strong commitment to personal learning and career development.
