Coughlan White & Partners, Solicitors are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy practice. The successful candidates must have excellent in-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and a minimum of 2 years experience.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process;
  • Registration of titles in PRAI;
  • Dealing with commercial and residential conveyancing;
  • Adept at client relations;
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
