The Solicitor Services Department includes three focused units, working together to support solicitors in legal practice, business development and professional wellbeing.

• Law Society Career and Practice Development offers solicitors targeted career & business development resources, networking and leadership opportunities, and specialist programming.
• Law Society Engagement and Information gathers insights from solicitors across the profession to inform service design, spotlights personalised resources and information for the profession and connects practitioners from all segments of the profession.
• Law Society Psychological Services enables and empowers solicitors and legal workplaces to be Well within the Law, delivering educational programmes such as the Complete Lawyer, bespoke organisational development offerings for legal workplaces and a range of subsidised/free counselling and psychotherapy services for solicitors and trainees.
