Can Psychological Safety Build High Impact Professionals?

Law Society Psychological Services in partnership with Law Society Professional Training invite you to a complementary online CPD training event. Gain 1 Management and Professional Development point over lunchtime by joining a panel of expert speakers as they consider whether high-impact professionals are built through psychological safety.
This event marks Ibec’s National Workplace Wellbeing Day and will address the current workplace wellbeing challenges facing legal professionals. Our speakers will discuss how psychologically safe work environments can support dignity at work, prevent burnout, build high-impact teams and foster positive work and client relationships. Delegates will also have an opportunity to hear about key personal and professional wellbeing supports available throughout each stage of the legal life cycle including; LegalMind and Trainee Counselling.
