Stamp Duty email address
The Stamp Duty branch of Revenue have notified us that the dedicated email address for tax reference numbers (StampDutyTaxNumbers@revenue.ie) is no longer in use.
A Revenue analysis shows that this dedicated address was not always used when contacting Revenue to activate a tax reference number and where it was used practitioners also emailed the customer service contacts/Stamp Duty Section resulting in slower response times.
Going forward, the standard customer service email: StampDuty@revenue.ie should be used for all stamp duty customer service queries including those relating to tax numbers.
