Reminder to use eDischarge System and QeD Form
Practitioners are reminded to continue to use the eDischarge system and the QeD form as described in the practice note published in the March 2009 issue of the Gazette.
The list of lenders participating in the eDischarge system continues to expand and can be accessed on www.edischarges.ie/lenders.aspx.
The QeD form and the QeD User Guide for Solicitors (which contains a list of lenders participating in the QeD) can both be accessed at the Irish Banking Federation website.
Any queries in relation to the eDischarge system or the QeD form should be directed to Dr Gabriel Brennan, Law Society eConveyancing Senior Advisor.
