New Circuit Court Fees
Practitioners should note the introduction of a new Circuit Court Fees Order (S.I. No. 292 of 1999) which provides for increases of between £1-£24 in fees chargeable in Circuit Court Offices as and from 4th October, 1999.
The Order also provides for the exemption from fees of family law proceedings.
