Updated High Court Search System
The Courts Service has replaced the High Court Search with an enhanced system.
The new version has an improved GDPR compliance and targetted usability improvements.
Anyone with access to the internet can access the High Court search system via the new link, www.courts.ie/highcourtsearch, while the link is also available on the Courts Service website.
The Courts Service recommends that practitioners who frequently use this facility save the new link as a bookmark or favourite, as the previous search link will be removed in the coming weeks.
