Stamp Duty – update on NSDO phone lines
The National Stamp Duty Office (NSDO) has confirmed that the NSDO phone lines will reopen on Tuesday 1 September.
Technical restrictions and a diminution in resources means that the NSDO can only provide the service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. The contact number is 01 7383646.
This position will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and NSDO staff will provide a call back service where callers are on hold for more than 5 minutes.
Using the online channels (stampduty@revenue.ie or the secure 'MyEnquiries' service available in myAccount or ROS) continues to be the most efficient and reliable way to contact the NSDO.
