Probate Office Fee Stamping

When applying for a Grant of Representation in the Seat Office, the relevant fee must be stamped on the back of the Notice of Application.

When applying for a Grant of Representation in the Seat Office, the relevant fee must be stamped on the back of the Notice of Application.

For any other applications in the Rules Office or General Office, the fee must be paid by stamp duty on the relevant document.

Fee cards are no longer accepted by the Probate Office.
