Pre-Contract Investigation of Title
The final 2019 Conditions of Sale will be posted to the Law Society website shortly.
Changing precedents
The Conveyancing Committee confirms that the final versions of the new 2019 Conditions of Sale and the new 2019 Requisitions on Title will be posted on the Society’s website at the end of this week (beginning 26 November 2018) or early next week in the Precedents section in the members’ area.
These are for use in transactions commencing on or after 1 January 2019.
