Supporting people with dementia
The Law Society of Ireland is a supporting partner of Understand Together - the national dementia awareness campaign.
Who is affected
55,000 people in Ireland are living with dementia and 500,000 of us live in families who have been affected by dementia.
Given the issues surrounding the management of dementia, and its impact upon solicitors personally and professionally, the Law Society of Ireland is proud to support this HSE campaign.
Understand Together
Understand Together aims to raise awareness of dementia, managing people with dementia and what lifestyle choices we can make to reduce the risk.
Learn more about dementia, the campaign, and how we are supporting it on our dementia awareness page.
