PRA options for electronic payments
The Property Registration Authority (PRA) would like practitioners to know that they now offer the option to pay electronically for services, including applications for registration.
Payment options
Three options for payment using an application number are available on Landdirect.ie:
- Debit / Credit Card - the application fee is deducted immediately.
- Landdirect.ie Account - the application fee is deducted immediately (sufficient funds must be in the account).
- Direct Debit - the account is debited on receipt of the application for registration (bank account details must be sent to the PRA to avail of direct debit).
For more information about these payment options and other new features, including a re-lodge facility, visit the Landdirect website.
