This event is taking place in Breaffy House Hotel, Castlebar, Co. Mayo Thursday 29 September and Friday 30 September 2016. Delegates can attend either Thursday or Friday or Both Days.

Aim and Objectives

The aim and objectives of the day and half are to provide an opportunity for practitioners to update their knowledge in areas of law of essential relevance to most in general practice.

In Part I on 29 September the course will include updates in Criminal litigation and the Children and Family Relationships Act with an opportunity to hear from a Cost Accountant with practical advice on legal costs.

In Part II on 30 September as well as updates on relevant areas of law there will also be an opportunity to ask questions to members of Law Society committees on areas of concern and to network with other practitioners.

A practitioner who attends this day and a half course will complete 10 CPD hours.
