Matheson's Alison Bearpark now a construction partner
Matheson LLP has named Alison Bearpark as a partner in its construction and engineering team, which is part of the commercial real-estate department.
Managing partner Michael Jackson said that Bearpark’s breadth of Irish and international experience in the construction industry will align closely with the group’s existing strength in helping clients to address the challenge of reducing carbon emissions.
The Matheson unit has mandates on projects spanning multi-building developments, development financing and re-financing projects, and large capital expenditure projects.
Complex projects
Alison has 15 years’ experience, both in Ireland and internationally, acting for developers, employers, banks, State bodies and contractors on large and complex building and engineering projects.
She is ranked as a rising star by legal directories and described as being “extremely proactive”.
