ByrneWallace LLP has promoted Jonathan Lynch to partner in the firm’s corporate group, and Sean Neville to Of Counsel in its restructuring and insolvency practice.
Lynch is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial law matters and has extensive expertise advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt fundraising, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and on general company law and corporate governance.
With over ten years’ restructuring and insolvency experience, Sean Neville has a particular focus on superior court litigation, acting on high-value asset recovery and enforcement disputes. He advises insolvency practitioners, private equity, financial institutions, corporates and their directors in relation to formal insolvency processes, including liquidation, examinership and Small Company Administrative Rescue Process (SCARP).
