Two partners among 11 Hayes promotions

Hayes Solicitors LLP has announced 11 promotions across the firm – including two new partners, three senior associates, and six associates. 

The promotions are in the firm’s commercial, employment, healthcare, and property practices. 

Managing partner Joe O’Malley said that the round of promotions reflected the “strength and depth of talent” across the firm

Employment and healthcare partners 

Catherine Jane O’Rourke (small picture) becomes a partner in the employment practice. She advises employers and employees on a wide range of issues and has particular experience in complex termination scenarios, executive appointments, difficult workplace investigations, and complicated litigation. 

Luke Gleeson, who has been promoted to partner in the healthcare practice, represents defendants in clinical-negligence claims. 

He also advises clients on mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution at all stages of litigation. 

The firm’s new senior associates are: 

  • Aaron McCullagh (healthcare), 
  • Ross Magee (commercial), and 
  • Laura O’Farrell (commercial). 

The new associates are: 

  • Chloe Flynn (employment), 
  • Gráinne McEntee (employment), 
  • Martin McKiernan (employment), 
  • Matthew Staunton (property), 
  • Nicholas Moore (healthcare), and 
  • Éibhín Stapleton (employment).
